How to make ketchup at home?
In just three steps, let’s tell you how it is possible to taste what you’re getting ready, and even make ketchup that are much more delicious than they are. Prepare the ingredients, mix them and transfer them to the storage container. Here, preparing ketchup is that simple! As for the materials required, we recommend that you use a homemade tomato paste, if possible. If you don’t have a homemade tomato sauce, you can have a tomato sauce with a ready-made tomato sauce.
Tomato paste is the other ingredients to come on; powder sugar (if possible brown sugar), olive oil, vinegar, black pepper, powder and stamp red pepper, cumin, garlic powder, pomegranate juice, powder turmeric, powder cloves and of course salt! 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 – 1.5 teaspoon olive oil, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon pomegranate juice, all spices except the powder cloves, one teaspoon of powder, powder cloves with the tip of a teaspoon is enough to put. If you are going to use 2 glasses of water or more, multiply the amount by that glass of water.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except olive oil. Then add a little olive oil, let it liquefy a little. You can add water if you don’t have the consistency you want. Beat it nicely. Then taste it. If you want to add spice, add it. That’s about it!
Your ketchup is ready! If you wish, transfer it into a bottle. If you wish, store it in a jar. We recommend that you store it in a refrigerator so that it doesn’t air in a glass bottle or glass jar.
